Basically, we have assembled a collection of floor plans that we've found satisfy the desires of many of our clients and reflect the architecture of Atlanta's historic neighborhoods.

From there, we determine ways to tailor the floorplan to meet your personal needs. After the appropriate plan and changes are set, we begin customizing the interior details with either our in-house team or local vendors and suppliers that we know and trust. Below is our process.

Step 1: We meet to discuss your needs and identify a plan from our EasyBuild portfolio – discussing possible changes for you and your family specifically.

Step 2: We prepare an approximate cost budget based on input from the discussion.

Step 3: We make the changes to the home plans as needed based on our discussions.

Step 4: The client can choose from a number of interior finish packages that are already complete - or customize as they wish. Our design staff is ready to assist in any way.

Step 5: We prepare a final budget and detailed construction timeline.

Step 6: Contract is signed and construction begins. Typical build time is six months.
